Located at the corner of W. 29th St. and Beech Dr., Benson Sculpture Garden and North Lake Park provides a beautiful and unique outdoor setting for showcasing sculpture donated to the City by the Loveland High Plains Arts Council. It is here that the Loveland High Plains Arts Council hosts its annual “Sculpture in the Park” event, which is held the second weekend in August. The High Plains Arts Council, a private not-for-profit organization, was established in 1984 for the purpose of promoting sculptural arts for the cultural and economic benefit of the community.
